A consumer product, a platform, a real-time game.

Three products that show the range. Real interfaces, real stores, real players.

LiveConsumer product / Mobile

Vinty

A rewards app that says exactly how it works.

Vinty is an iOS app where watching short ads and completing missions earns tickets, and tickets are redeemed for real digital gift cards through GoGift's catalogue.

02The studio

We work where product, design and engineeringmeet.

Strategy when the path is unclear. Design when experience matters. Engineering when it has to work.

Client products

We build for companies.

Consumer apps, enterprise platforms, AI systems, payment flows, games. A small senior team that stays with the product from the first workshop to the app store.

Own products

We build and test our own ideas.

FooQ, DoGoal, Fiyaka and Pozisyon are ours, and Vinty ships under our name. Running them means we know product risk, shipping, iteration, infrastructure, monetisation and operations from the inside — not from a slide.

03CapabilitiesAll capabilities

Five domains.One product team.

Native where it matters. Cross-platform where it makes sense. Architecture chosen around the product — not the other way around.

04What runs underneath

What runsunderneath.

Some of the most important products we build are the systems users never see: integrations, ledgers, routing, operations.

06How we work

Think. Design. Build. Launch. Evolve — the same people from the first workshop to the release.

Not a five-icon process. A loop we've run on our own products and on client products, so the phases carry real artifacts.

  1. 01

    Think

Understand the product and the problem.

We start with the decision that matters: what to build, for whom, and why now. Workshops, technical due diligence and a brutally honest look at scope.

    • Problem framing
    • Product principles
    • Scope & risks
    • Architecture options
  2. 02

    Design

Define the experience and the system.

Flows, interface and system design move together. Design decisions are made with engineering in the room so nothing beautiful is un-buildable.

    • Core flows
    • Interface system
    • Data model
    • Prototype
  3. 03

    Build

    Ship production software.

Small senior teams, short cycles, real environments from week one. Every increment is deployable, observable and reviewed.

    • Production code
    • CI/CD
    • Observability
    • Test coverage
  4. 04

    Launch

    Release with confidence.

Store submissions, infrastructure hardening, load and failure rehearsals, analytics wired to the questions you actually need answered.

    • Release plan
    • Rollout & rollback
    • Analytics events
    • Runbooks
  5. 05

    Evolve

    Measure, improve and scale.

A product is a living system. We stay on as the product team, or hand over cleanly with documentation that survives without us.

    • Experiments
    • Performance budget
