Who we are

Information you give us

When you send a project brief through the "Start a project" form, we receive what you enter: the type and stage of the project, what you need, your description, timing, an optional budget range, your name, email address and — if you choose to add them — company and phone number.

We use this information only to understand your project and respond to you. It is delivered to our team by email and/or to our internal tooling, and we keep it for as long as the conversation about your project is relevant. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited and which actions are taken (for example, opening a case study or starting a project brief). This data is aggregated and does not include the contents of any form you submit. Google's handling of this data is described in its own privacy policy. You can prevent analytics with a browser setting or extension that blocks Google Analytics.

Cookies and storage

The site sets no cookies of its own, apart from a language preference on preview environments. Google Analytics may set cookies to distinguish sessions. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Spam protection

The project form uses a hidden field and request-rate limits to reduce automated spam. These techniques process your IP address transiently and do not store it beyond a short window.

Links to our products (for example FooQ or Fiyaka) and to LinkedIn lead to sites with their own privacy practices.

Your rights

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing. Write to info@idealink.us and we will respond.
