PuanKart
Presence you can't fake.
What it is
PuanKart replaces paper loyalty cards. A customer taps the NFC-enabled 3D stamp at the register or scans a QR code; every card, stamp and reward lives in one app, with nearby partner businesses on a map and merchant onboarding through a simple form.
Why it needed to exist
Small businesses want loyalty without hardware projects, and customers do not want a wallet of paper cards. But a digital stamp is worthless if it can be faked — the proof of presence had to be physical and the amount had to be trusted.
What Idealink did
Idealink built the product end to end: the customer iOS app, the NFC and QR flows, the staff scanner, business and superadmin panels, a POS adapter, and the tooling that provisions secure NFC tags. It is in pilot.

Thesis
Paper stamp cards fail because anyone can stamp them. PuanKart is the physical-to-digital story: an NFC object on the counter proves the customer is really there, and a backend — never the customer's phone — decides how many stamps a purchase earns.
01
One tap, one trusted stamp
Presence and amount are separate questions.
Prove presence
The phone taps an NFC-enabled 3D stamp or scans the business's QR. Either proves customer, staff, branch and device are in the same live interaction.
Decide the amount
How many stamps a purchase earns comes from staff, a terminal, the POS or the program's default rule — never from the customer's app.
Grant
The backend records one stamp transaction, idempotently, and the card updates instantly.
Reward
Rewards unlock at program thresholds and are redeemed at the register.
NFC and QR are not the stamp. They are proof that the customer, the staff, the branch and the device share one live moment.

The system behind the stamp
- Customer app
- iOS: cards, NFC and QR, history, rewards, nearby businesses
- Staff and business
- Web scanner for staff, business admin and superadmin panels
- API
- Fastify services with Prisma on PostgreSQL; NFC verification, customer QR sessions, staff intents, terminal and POS endpoints
- POS adapter
- Purchase events posted once with an idempotency key create pending stamp-grant intents
- NFC hardware
- NTAG213 tags for the pilot; NTAG 424 DNA with AES authentication, dynamic data and replay detection for production, encoded by an ops-only provisioning app
- Tag URLs
- Stable per-serial URLs on a dedicated host so physical tags never need rewriting

For customers and for the counter
The public product site; app and staff surfaces will follow as the pilot opens.

Outcome
Where it stands
PuanKart is in pilot with physical NFC stamps in the field, a live public site and a staged backend with continuous deployment.
Ownership wording is deliberately "built by Idealink" until confirmed otherwise.
