SpaOS AI
Multi-branch spa operations on one data model.
What it is
SpaOS AI is an operations platform for spas, salons and wellness businesses: scheduling and front desk, CRM, packages and memberships, inventory, POS and reporting across branches — with a consumer app for discovering and booking, and a business app for teams on the floor.
Why it needed to exist
Classic spa software records appointments and stops there. Multi-branch operators lose revenue in the gaps: empty slots, no-shows, unreconciled sales, staff who cannot see their day.
What Idealink did
Idealink built the platform for the client — the NestJS backend, the operations and front-desk admin, and the mobile apps published under the client's own store account.

Thesis
Vertical software is not a booking screen with a logo. SpaOS AI is the vertical-operations story: branches, staff, rooms, services, customers, packages, POS and closing sharing one model, so the front desk gets actions instead of records.
01
One model, every desk
The domain modules the platform is built from.
- Scheduling
- Appointments as aggregates: multiple services, staff per segment, room assignment, buffers and deposit-policy snapshots
- Branches · staff · rooms
- Weekly availability, time off, closures, branch-scoped access
- Commercial
- Packages, memberships, booking policies, POS checkout with line items and payment capture, inventory ledger
- Front desk
- Live dashboard, operator briefs per task, contact-attempt outcomes for waitlist and outreach
- Team app
- Day timeline, clock in and out, checkout with tips and promo codes, shifts, time-off, announcements, chat, payroll runs
- Consumer app
- Discover and book, manage visits, intake and consent forms, deposits and payments, points, credits and memberships in one wallet

03
Why the model matters
Because scheduling, customers, packages and sales share one schema, an empty slot is not a gap in a calendar — it is an action the front desk can take, with the customer, the package and the outcome recorded in the same place.
Role and branch-scoped access let owners, regional managers, branch managers, reception and therapists see only what they should, without separate systems.
Prisma-managed migrations keep an operations-critical schema reviewable and deterministic across branches and environments.
Outcome
Where it stands
SpaOS AI is live: the platform, admin and the two mobile apps are in use, published by the client.
Idealink built the product; the client owns and publishes it. No customer counts or revenue are published.
