Swissôtel The Bosphorus
Bosphorus Society: a members' club, run from one panel and one app.
What it is
Bosphorus Society is the member app of Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul, on iOS and Android: phone sign-in, reservations for classes, spa, personal training and restaurants, the hotel's offers and campaigns, a shop with online payment, and membership privileges that come live from the hotel's own Offer4 system.
Why it needed to exist
A hotel club runs on many systems at once: membership in Offer4, bookings across spa, fitness and restaurants, campaigns and retail. Members should see one place, and the hotel team should run it from one panel.
What Idealink did
Idealink built the backend behind the apps, the iOS and Android apps (the same features on both) and the management panel, integrated Offer4 for membership tiers and privileges and Paratika for online payments, and keeps developing the platform.

Thesis
A club membership is a set of promises: your tier, your privileges, your bookings, your offers. Bosphorus Society keeps them in one app by reading membership from the hotel's own system instead of copying it, and lets the hotel team change what members see from one panel.
01
The member app
Sign-in, the club home, the reservation centre, spa services, restaurant booking, care products, the cart and Shop The Swiss.
02
What members do
- Registered mobile number and a one-time SMS code; consents recorded in the app
- Book
- Group classes against a weekly timetable and capacity, spa treatments by duration, personal training, tennis, restaurants over WhatsApp
- Use privileges
- Membership tier, year-round discounts and remaining entitlements, read from Offer4
- Discover offers
- Fırsatlar Dünyası: categorised campaigns, favourites and past codes
- Shop
- Care products and packages in a cart, paid online with the legally required approvals first
- Enter
- A member QR code and wallet pass, checked at the club's entry points
- Stay in touch
- Push notifications by audience, membership freeze requests, documents and feedback
03
Offer4 stays the source of truth
Membership lives in Offer4, the hotel's own membership and offer system. The app does not keep a second copy: when a member signs in, the backend finds them in Offer4 by phone number and reads their tier, their privileges and their remaining entitlements.
That is why a Platinum member sees exactly what the hotel promised them, a discounted stay or brunch for two with how many are left, and why a change made in Offer4 shows up in the app without anyone re-entering it.
04
One panel runs the app
The hotel team manages what members see from a web panel; changes reach the app without a new release.
- Operations: today's reservations, approvals, retail orders, members, freeze requests, entry logs and entry points.
- Catalogue: restaurants, rooms, spa services, packages, trainers, class timetables, fitness classes and PT programmes.
- Content: care products, FAQs, this month's events, the motto of the week, the intro carousel and member feedback.
- Notifications: manual sends, push audiences, automatic rules and templates.
- Offers: campaign categories, campaigns and campaign reports.
- Reports and settings: analytics, CSV export, WhatsApp contacts, reservation rules and admin users.
05
Paying in the app
Members buy care products and packages in the app. Prices include VAT, and before payment the member approves the pre-information form, the distance sales agreement and early service start, as Turkish e-commerce rules require.
Payment runs through Paratika, and every order lands in the panel's retail orders for the hotel team.
One app for members, one panel for the hotel, and the hotel's own systems as the source of truth.
Outcome
Where it stands
Bosphorus Society runs on iOS and Android with the same features, published under the hotel's own accounts, with membership from Offer4 and online payment through Paratika.
